Grease the bottom of cooker with oil or cooking spray and add, 1 cup sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon salted butter. Cover and cook on high flame for 60 minutes. Once everything is mixed well and is still in a liquid state spread the mixture on a lined baking pan. Refrigerate for 3 hours and cut into bite-sized pieces.
